What great photos. Is it my imagination, or does the Cross Country team's coach have chicken legs?

Also Smoke In Da Eye didn't come in last at the American Royal Invitational after flying to KC and cooking on borrowed equipment, then flew home to shoot (and win) and Iron Chef style battle to air as a commercial on Food Network next month. All while wearing Queensboro gear!

Fred,

I want to commend your company - you do live up to your motto of "great products, great prices and great service". (I may not have gotten those in the right order, but you can tell I've called your 800 number.) I know you and your team are committed to continuous improvement.

Recently I placed a couple of large (OK, large for our small company) orders that were waiting on a couple of shirts that were on back order. Had I known that earlier, I would have suggested substitute colors or style numbers. Instead, my staff waited on 38 of 47 pieces, and 17 of 19 pieces.

I know it's alot like the airlines telling you why your plane is delayed - they'd rather not (since some customers are unreasonable, depending on the information). You and I both hate it when they keep you in the dark.

After several orders, I have found every other aspect of your company to be *flawless*. Thank you for helping our new company (this is our 6th week open) establish a strong "brand".

My best to you,

Bill Munson, Owner / Founder
Leaps'n Bounds LLC

P.S. I know I've mentioned this to Cassie or Jenn. For the past 15 years flying across the country for corporations (predominantly USAirways, Southwest and Continental Airlines), I have seen Queensboro ads but haven't had a business reason to order before. Now you're helping me establish our company here in Nashville. Thanks - thought you'd like to know those ads work - even years later!
